Events & Performances
As a choir we perform occasionally, with our neighbour choir from Winchcombe, though no-one is obliged to do so if they prefer not to. It's always very rewarding and a lot of fun!
This Christmas (together with Winchcombe Community Choir) we'll be singing again at St Mary Magdalene Church, at the beautiful venue of Croome Court (National Trust) on Saturday 7th Dec at 11am & 2pm.
We'll also be singing for Christmas at the Dementia Café at the Civic Centre Pershore and at Heathlands Care Home.
In May 2023 Pershore Choir, together with Winchcombe Community Choir, sang at St Mary Magdalene Church, at Croome Court (National Trust).
And again at Christmas 2023 - such great acoustics!
And in May 2022 Pershore and Winchcombe Choirs sang together in a concert in aid of Ukraine at St Andrew's Church in Ombersley.
We have also hosted Singing Workshops by visiting choir leaders, Chris Samuel, Bruce Knight and Roger Jackson - all brilliant fun afternoons!
We'll be organising more!
'Musical Fusion' - the Mayor of
Pershore's Charity Concert 2018
We were lucky enough to be invited to sing with our sister choir, Winchcombe Community Choir, at the Mayor of Pershore's Charity variety concert, Musical Fusion, in March 2018. We were joined by the Good Vibrations Hearing and Deaf Choir and African drumming group Drum Love. An amazing concert in an amazing venue

The choirs sang, the Cheltenham Salvation Army Band played, and carol-singing echoed around the beautiful floodlit ruins of the medieval banquetting hall What a wonderful way to celebrate Christmas - and more than £1500 was collected to help the Salvations Army's work at Christmas.
